After reading some of the negative reviews here I feel compelled to State my experience with High Caliber line over the years... recently I had placed an order for 5,000 cell phone wallets the kind that stick on the back of your cell phone and it came with a one color imprint, but the client wanted a more color correct representation of their logo so we went with three colors.... upon receiving the final product it was clear that the gold looked like it was green and would not work for my law enforcement client... so as I brought this to the attention of the production manager he immediately went back and reformulated the ink to the gold color that was needed set up the equipment again and over the course of the next few days reproduced 5000 more imprints directly on the ones that were printed before and they looked perfect.... what can I say ?that was one of the best customer relations experiences I've had in over 15 years of selling promotional products...

and one last thing...
The Intricate logo detail and registration on the item was very very tight yet they were able to correct this with the expertise of their knowledge and equipment
