Nice cashier

Cashier was rude and snappy. Refused to check camera after someone was caught keying car. He said "it's a personal problem you need to handle". Very rude staff. Refused to give the license plate so I could go to the police while the guy ran off. You are supposed to help your customers not tell them you are too busy. Coffee was stale to make it worse. Wouldn't take down information to check it later. Now I have a scratch on my brand new 30,000 car a day off the lot and can't get justice. What is wrong with you people ?? No one said it's your fault the least you can do is make sure the person who did it doesn't do that again. People work hard for their things. worst customer service. Even if it was an older car... It still wouldn't be okay. Shame on you people!!! Either you were friends with him or you're spiteful.
